This Policy describes your rights for product exchange & return when you make a purchase from this Site. Product refunds are not applicable.
Should there be a discrepancy of product(s) received, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp at +60 11-2194 6087 or email at [email protected]. Please include your order number, transaction details, receipts, and (any) relevant pictures of the discrepencies for our professional customer service team to assist and investigate.
Allin Pharmacy shall arrange for product exchange for our customers in the event that a product ordered through our Site is delivered and found to be:-
Damaged or defective upon delivery receipt;
Product received is different from the product description during online purchase;
Product received is missing a part or item.
Product exchanges are NOT applicable for the following conditions:-
Personal hygiene products (e.g. face mask, grooming products, toothbrush etc.);
Wrong-sized purchase (e.g. wearable items such as face mask);
All returned goods should be returned with its original receipt to the below address, and the goods should be in good condition. Goods packaging must be in original good condition and returned with its original shipping container as received. If the goods/products and its packaging has been used or damaged by the customer, it shall not be exchangeable. If you are returning the product via courier, please advise us on the parcel tracking details.
