Q. How do I make a purchase on this website?
Follow the steps below to make a purchase: 

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue to add more products into your shopping cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment page.
  3. You will be redirected to log in page. Enter your log in details using your Username and Password. If you don't have an existing account, you will need to register an account before you proceed to payment to ensure secure purchase.
  4. Confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “Next”.
  5. Select your preferred shipping method and click “Next”.
  6. Choose your preferred payment method and click “Next
  7. A summary page will display your biling details and the terms of conditions of purchase. 
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.


Q. What payment methods are available?
You can choose to pay via:-

1. Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard)

2. Invoice / Cheque / Bank Transfer:

If you made payment via Option 2, please send us an email at [email protected] with these payment details: your name, banking date & time, transaction reference no., total amount paid, order no.

Please take note that Interbank Giro (IBG) transfers typically take 2 working days for payments to be received. We will only ship out your orders once payment has been received.


Q. How to change my personal information and shipping address?

Login your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address → Confirm & Save. 

Q. I forgot my Password for my account. How do I reset it? 

  1. Click on “Lost Password?
  2. Fill in your email details that you used to create your account.
  3. Click "Submit".
  4. A reset password link will be sent to you. 

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that I made?

No, once your order is confirmed and processed, no cancellations are allowed.

Q. What payment currency's are acceptable?

We currently only transact in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). If you are an international buyer and wish to make a purchase, please write in to us at [email protected].


Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?

  • Normal delivery via courier service usually takes around 3-5 working days (via J&T Express Delivery Service).
  • Same Day Express Delivery Service is also available (within Kuala Lumpur & Klang Valley ONLY)
